What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

Hard working and dedication.

Morris was someone we definitely knew about going into the 2019 season. He has a solid frame to work with for sure, that’s obviously what originally caught our eye, but he lacks a lot of strength at the point of attack. Morris needs to be more violent with his hands and try to get better leverage. There is definitely good activity getting out to the sideline and he is a big moving body working his tail off to make a tackle, but just needs to be a lot of quicker out his stance and show more physicality at the point attack. Morris could very well grow into a defensive tackle just looking at his frame. He is already 240 lbs, could very well be around 280 a year or two from now. Tackling is pretty solid too. Definitely think he could take another jump going into his senior year and get on more D1 schools radar at the moment – there is definitely a lot of room to grow. Now let’s see it.
