Really impressed with Harvey’s progression over the last year, and he commanded the Americus-Sumter offense with a lot of efficiency last year. They put up nice offensive numbers all year. Harvey spreads the ball out to his players, quick to check down to the easier pass. Uses his eyes well too, saw him look off the defense on a few passes and set his receiver up to be wide open. He has above average arm strength, plenty of zip out to the sideline. Like the command Harvey plays with, but would like to see him make that jump as a runner, which right now he is not. Good passer, though, seems to have a real feel at reading a defense making a few tough throws that knife through a zone defense.
