What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I take pride in being a student athlete, and I am always willing to learn while giving my 200% all on the field and in the classroom. I dedicate myself to my team and hard work.
Crooms plays with zero fear out there on the field and goes into a tackle like a torpedo into the ball carrier. He is an impactful hitter, and we saw him make an explosive tackle which lead to a fumble from a 4 star caliber 2019 running back. The 2018 prospect takes really good tackling angles seems to be comfortable upfront at the line of scrimmage so he could potentially play nickle at the next level. He has been working on his agility this offseason and his man coverage so he can be even more effective out there on the field. You can certainly notice he is getting his hands on the ball a lot, just needs to come down more with the INT on some of these but he is putting himself in the perfect spot. Crooms is a gamer and though he might not have ideal size he can certainly make an impact at the FCS level with how hard he tackles.
