Thompson is a raw offensive lineman prospect who showed flashes last fall to play at a high level, and his senior year you continue to see the progress made by Thompson. From a pure athlete stand point Thompson is pretty impressive, and at 265 pounds he moves really well. He gets up field well, stays engaged with the lineman, and this year you are seeing him finish at a much higher clip with his blocking . Facing off against some talented competition Thompson looked pretty dang good, really dominating the player in pass pro using his length. His upside is high no doubt, and I can see a lot of colleges being intrigued with raw right tackle prospect or even OG, but not sure that fits his body type really. There are flashes for Thompson when you watch him on film, and the consistency definitely improved his SR year. Really like how he is getting on his toes, and generating a lot of power at the point of attack. Love how well he moves honestly, very natural running stride for the senior recruit.
