What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I’m very smart, I love team ball and I feel like I can be that top dog like everyone else, and I always smile.
The 2019 recruit played well SR year on special teams and CB. Snagged a few interceptions where he reads the play very well. Originally though he was more of a slot, but after watching film Spivey comes across more as a defender. Pretty good open field tackler, gets very low on his attempts but doesn’t always wrap up. Nice feel for the game, you could almost say he has ‘Spivey Senses” – all Spiderman jokes aside, I think the 2019 recruit can find his way onto the next level. Pretty quick player, natural hip swivel and like so many Crisp players he does a nice job of lining up his tackle attempts.
