Raw talent but great length; speed guy off the edge but strong enough to squeeze gaps and spill the run; + agility and movement ability
Milner has a big athletic frame and looks like he could really pack on the weight over the next few years. His coach told us he is fairly new to the game, and is still growing into his body. It is very easy to see him put on another 50 lbs. in the next few years and grow into a legit SDE. His upside is at the FBS level, he shows light feet, and already demonstrates great hustle pursuing after the football. He has a really quick first step too. He needs a lot of work in the weight room for sure, and sometimes he gets knocked off the ball, but he is a blank canvas for strength and conditioning program for a college.
