Powell has played everywhere during his HS career and is just a great team player. He is a 3 year starter, playing center/guard and defensive line for Terrell Co. sophomore and junior season. Senior year, Powell has been playing linebacker a lot getting 13 tackles in a game vs Miller County, who has a really good 2019 RB. Also dropped 4 star RB earlier this year just stuffing him in the middle. His game was shaped playing in the trenches, and the toughness will translate over nicely as a full back at the next level. He plays with a passion for the game and really fights hard to beat his man at the point of attack. Powell made Honorable Mention for his All-Area team; this year he’s played an even larger role on his team so should get some accolades. Powell is tough as they come, he’s worked hard in the weight room and classroom doing exactly what we say to improve his chances. Even increased his GPA from a 3.4 to 3.8 in the last few years. A kid like him that wants it this bad will find a place.

Yes, His Size Plus Trenches Not A Good Match At College Level, I Can See Linebacker, But He’s Just A Sophomore With Awesome Strength To Be A Sophomore So He Gas Potential

I’ve Seen Him Play In Person, A Great Leader, Matter Of Fact During The Season, His Team Was In A Region Battle And They Were Down By A Touchdown Or 2. I Saw Justin , He Took A Deep Breath, And Drove It Into His Teammates Head That They Were Still In The Game, They Started To Give Up On Him, But He Didn’t Let That Happen It Was The 3rd Quarter, Justin Told His Teammates ” I Will Never Give Up On Yall, So Dont Give Up On Me!” The Greenwaves Left Victorious With A Score Of 24-22.

He Is Very Passionate About The Game, He Has Been Playing Every Since He Was 5 Years Old. You Guys Have To See Him Play In Person, He Has The Vibe And Enthusiasm That Could Change A Team’s Mindset Quickly. Great Multi-Sport Athlete.

Not Your Ordinary 16 Year Old, His Maturity Level On And Off The Field Is Very High, Humbled With His Head On Straight, And I Know This From A Personal Perspective.

Never seen self reviews so evident

It is far too obvious that this is the kid himself talking about his maturity and leadership

This stuff about him taking a deep breath and driving it into his teammates sounds to be a very odd story,or at least one that is worded terribly and confusing but obviously told by the kid himself. The story is probably falsified or at least falsified to some extent and even if it was partially true it would not inspire kids to go on his page and tell the story

Definitely a 1 star talent, amazes me that people could actually call this kid a 5 star, which obviously shows a misunderstanding in the rating system. Usually only about the top 20-30 players in the NATION receive 5 stars, this kid doesn’t appear to be in about the top 10000 or so. You have to be one of the top about 300-400 players in the NATION to even receive 4 stars, and one of the top 1000 in the NATION to receive 3 stars, to be a 2 star you need to be a Division 1 talent. This kid obviously doesn’t fit into any of these categories

I have seen this kid in person and he is a very mean and rude person who constantly brings people down

Not very impressed, kid has some potential though

Just Keep Doing You Nephew, And Keep Working Hard, Always The Best In My Eyes. Don’t Listen To The Negativity. They’ve Never Even Met You In Person Nephew.

  20. Woow, why the animosity? Not A 4-5 star athlete but keep working young man
