The 6’3″, 245-pound athlete has been logging long hours in the weight room and has gained weight making him a viable DE prospect. Ellis has had a great start to his senior year, he has a big time motor and really gets after the QB. Ellis is very strong and gets significant leverage to get off his blocks. Ellis is run stuffer but do not underestimate his ability as a pass-rusher. He was at the very top of the state with 19 sacks on the season.
