What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

My outstanding get off, vision, technique, and the violence with which I use my hands and arms during pass rush. I was the offensive focal point during every game this season, being complemented with double and triple teams for the majority of my defensive snaps.

2017 Recruit Georgia All State DL Player
2x 7-AAAA 1st Team All Region Player (2016, 2017)
2x Georgia Elite Junior Classic Player (2016, 2017)
5x Team Player of the Week

Despite Blessed Trinity’s 3 D1 Linebackers in 2017, I led in every defensive statistical category except Interceptions (tied-2nd):

Junior Year:

44 Solo Tackles
45 Assisted Tackles
11.5 Sacks
21.5 Tackles for Losses
4 Forced Fumbles
1 Interception

Sophomore Year:

22 Solo Tackles
26 Assisted Tackles
5.5 Sacks
8 Tackles for Loss

Bivens is the definition of a gamer, and seems to step his game up against the competition. He was a tackling machine this year, leading his team in total tackles from the defensive line position. He was a terror in the backfield leading his team in sacks and tackles for loss as well. Number aside, Bivens uses his relentless effort and lightening fast hands to get off blocks. He shows a good spring move that he does a good job setting up with his feet. Some colleges might knock his height, but the 2019 defender is super quick off the ball, and we saw him whoop double teams regularly on film. I think he can absolutely play DE at the next level, and end up around 270 without losing his quickness. Bivens at bare minimum is a guy you can bring on 3rd down and long and sub out your regular SDE in my opinion, and could potentially grow into a much bigger role.
