Sims is more of a nickle back and plays close to the line of scrimmage where he seems to relish contact. The 2nd team All-Region DB is just a playmaker out there on the field and we really like his ability to change direction which allows to make plays out in the flat FAST. Sims is lunch-pale type of football player. His senior year he is lining up in the middle in some cases playing sort of a deep linebacker role due to his ability cover the pass and tackle out in space. He could be a spark-plug on specials teams at the next level due to the immense effort he plays with. Senior film only confirms his ability to play at the next level due to his high production against teams like Dacula & Habersham Central.
