The Archer offensive tackle did a solid job playing RT this season despite not being a starter in years past. For a lot of HS’s he would have been starting as a sophomore too. He is a really big athlete with a ton of upside. The rising senior has tremendous strength which translates well to his RT spot. The young tackle has light feet and has made strides in his pass blocking, so we expect him to slide over to LT next fall. He needs to continue to improve his lower body strength this offseason and focus on keeping his back more flat when he is blocking but his upside is obvious. He could also play OG at the next level too.

What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

I’m not scared of competition. Every down, I strive to drive my opponent off the ball or either make sure they do not touch my quarterback when he drops back for a pass. I work hard everyday and in the weight room and my play will talk for itself.
