Hales is strong as can be given his size, and it’s pretty impressive the initial push he gets at the point of attack. The 2019 recruit is never short on energy, and all throughout his you see him hustling at break-neck pace to meet his assignment. It’s one reason why you see him used so much on screen passes or when he is pulling to make a perimeter block. Hales is a tough guy no doubt, he might better suited to play center at the next level, but none the less he shows the strength and motor to play at the college level.
