Daniels has break away speed and once he is in the clear, hardly anyone will catch him. In prior years he was a running back for Chattahoochee, but now he is at Roswell. This season he has primarily been playing cornerback, which certainly plays into his athletic ability. We have been evaluating the 2018 athlete since his sophomore year, and have always thought he has the athleticism to play at the FBS level. Looks like he ran down speedy junior Ridge Polk on a long play at one point this season. What little film we do see him at running back we are impressed. He plays with excellent pad level and agility. He’s still getting used to defensive back, and needs more work on playing the ball and getting his head around on ball +30 yards out. His tackling and closing speed stand out on film, and we can see his potential on the defensive side of the football.
