What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I work harder than anyone I know. I’m aggressive, fast, smart, strong, and nasty when I play. I have good grades, good character and don’t make dumb decisions that bring shame to my family or school. I love football and want to do anything it takes to play in college and beyond. Played on the 2016-2017 state championship team. Played in nearly all varsity games during my sophomore season. JV offensive lineman of the year in 2017.
Gambill jumped into his first year starting at Cartersville, and just like we expected he had a huge year making All-State honors on our site. The 2020 offensive tackles is a very good athlete, and over the last year he’s really refined his game into a good run blocking OL. He can play swing tackle depending on the offense but also play OG at the next level too. Gambill is a very good athlete – his coach sent me a video of him doing a back flip off a diving board last summer. Really impressive young man, always like his mindset and character.
