Phillips is a nice slot receiver who goes over the middle and makes some very tough catches. He’s pretty quick changing direction, and seems get the first guy to miss a fair amount. He’s also a special teams contributor who makes big blocks for his returnman. Phillips played an important role in Alexander’s playoff push.
