Hicks is a really high-upside player we identified early last fall after watching Houston play a game live. The 2019 recruit passes the eye ball test, and his speed and length is at an elite level. Hicks is just scratching the surface at his potential as a pass-rusher at the next level, and with more time implementing a swim move he could end up being one of the major steals in this recruiting class. Hicks has all the ability to play at the P5 level, and colleges will be waiting on more solid academic info at this point.
