Yearby was a super early prospect signup after his strong showing his freshman year. The McNair product was already at 5’11” when he filled out the form and over the last few years has gained about 15 lbs. too. He has a powerful stiff arm that he deploys appropriately. Explosive coming out his cuts, needs to work on pad level tho. The 2021 recruit is just a natural runner with the ball. He has legit open field speed too. Yearby is an FBS recruit, and to me, P5 programs really need to take a look. He makes impressive cuts that are hard, and on a dime, but then explodes up field. That acceleration is P5 quality and given more time in the weight room, I think Yearby could blossom at the next level. Shows very good hands, I’m getting some Kenyan Drake vibes when I watch the McNair student-athlete. His frame is ideal, and I think he will be around 210 at the college level.
