Bullard showed the explosive nature you look for in FBS cornerbacks. He is a strong tackler out in space who closes on the ball carrier quickly taking good pursuit angles too. His natural feel for reading the QB combined with outstanding acceleration allows for Bullard to break on short intermediate routes. Footwork is good, but if cleaned up, he should really impress at the college level. Open field tackling is very good, and has a natural ability to break off blocks while simultaneously setting the edge. Bullard plays CB in HS, but his natural ability to tackle in the open field is extremely intriguing at FS in the college level and beyond. Keeping track of his frame nad how he has grown will be a good idea, but expect the 2021 recruit to be a favorite among P5 programs. Also a track athlete.
