What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

Jake Michels is a DE who we converted to NG out of necessity due to his incredible hat speed, power and quickness. His response to being converted to NG this summer was “I’ll do whatever you want Coach.” He has completely owned the position ever since. This kid just loves to play football. Jake stands at 6’2 ½” 225lbs. and his frame has plenty of room for growth. He could play DE or OLB at the collegiate level.
