What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

All region 7a honorable mention. One handed pick 6 was chosen as number one play of the week by max preps. Played all over the field: OLB, MLB, and also safety. Also second leading tackler on defense junior year.

Boone played all over the field last year for Lowndes, grabbing a few INT’s where he read the screen pass perfectly. He is a fairly good tackler, making a few on big time recruits. He hustles after the ball carrier covering a lot of ground from the weakside. Boone does a great job of reading the QB’s eyes and we think he has a great shot of playing OLB at the next level. He does not have the biggest frame but think FCS/D2 schools should be interested at his potential as a hybrid SS/OLB role. This season at Valdwood Boone is playing OLB and WR. He shows pretty good ball skills on the deep ball timing his jump fairly well. Does a solid job getting out to the sideline on pass plays. Sets the edge on run, but needs a little more physicality. Overall he’s had a very strong senior season so far.
