What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

I’m a hard worker and I’m gonna grind no matter what. And education is a must.

Wheeler plays with fast and physical hands. He keeps a flat back when engaged and gets solid penetration. Getting stronger in the lower body will help him anchor the offensive lineman better, but also improving his technique getting off blocks would help even more. Wheeler’s mindset is more akin to being a SDE or DT at the next level. He shows solid size already as a sophomore. Lateral quickness is okay. Seems to react to the ball carrier at an above average rate. He plays with solid energy, now just need to see his production take a jump forward. Played some solid comp as a sophomore, even for Class AA ball, and curious to see what another offseason has done for his body athletically especially. The 2020 recruit has okay size, he’s a little under 6’2″ and has gained close to lbs this offseason. Made the All Camp team at the MVP camp this offseason. Measure out to be 265 at a recent combine and ran a reported 4.85, very interesting. Had 62 tackles, 4 sacks and 5 tackles for loss his senior year, and the explosiveness really shined on film.
