What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

1st team all county, 2nd team all region, 2x player of the week as a sophomore

Smith has been one of the better OL in his recruiting class for some time. He is a really good athlete at his size, and is tenacious blocking. Very physical hands at the point of attack. Smith drives his legs really well. Strong lower frame just knocks defenders off the ball. At 6’4″ and 295 lbs. he has some swing potential to play across the LOS – granted his body type is best served at OG. Not a ton of film from this year, but definitely like how strong Smith appears even sophomore year. He has a nasty streak to him, and can clobber a defender with a simple parry of one of his big oven mitts that he calls his hands. Looks like a knee injury slowed down his development, he’s not even squatting the same as what he was his sophomore year. Unfortunately he just doesn’t look the same.
