Jacob Johnson has a nice frame and already pushing 200. He is shows big hit capabilities stepping up and defending the run. We really like how low he gets on his tackle attempts and he shows good acceleration going after the ball carrier. Johnson has a lot of potential, and looks great breaking up passes with big hits. Biggest concern is his GPA, which he will need to work on this fall and spring. Could play either safety spot but like him closer to the line of scrimmage at this point.
