Webb is talked about highly in the Rabun program. Playing on the state runner-up team he had close to 100 tackles on the year at the DE position. He went up against some big dudes, several weighing over 300 lbs and the 2019 recruit used his good core strength and strong fundamentals with his hands to knock the lineman off the ball. No doubt his high motor is an asset and why he totaled so many tackles. At the next level his frame suggests he will have to play OLB. I would like to see him work on how quickly he gets out of his stance and really tries to explode right when the ball is snapped. At the next level he seems like a good fit in a 3-4 defense where he can still spend most of his time right at the LOS. He should get to around 220-230 at the next level. Lower frame needs the most work.
