Do not sleep on Isaiah Lee, who mostly played the 3rd QB role last year at McEachern, but there is no illusion to what he was doing, just running the football. He’s a quick football player who uses primarily running a read option of some variety. He has good quickness getting to the outside, and this year it’s easy to see him get reps primarily at slot receiver. His spring film supports that too. He made a few long plays. What I would like to see from Lee is running more directly up field, and not moving out to the sideline too quickly. Try to use his quickness more to create cut backs instead of just trying to run around the defenders. Lee played slot receiver last year and was injured for about half of the season.
