Like so many offensive lineman at Jefferson, Griffith is fundamentally sound and does a great job fulfilling his assignments. He is a great pulling guard and shows a ton of urgency getting across the line of scrimmage to make his block. Outstanding work ethic, Griffith is quick and once he gets his mitts inside the pads of the defensive lineman he then drives them showing strong leg drive. Really like how he finishes his blocks with a pancake. Griffith is a very technically sound lineman, and though he lack prototypical size, he can certainly make an impact at the college level, especially if he slides over to center. Also, if he continues to progress in the weight room he’ll be over 280 soon.
