Kennebrew’s film is loaded with impactful plays that can swing the game in some capacity. Whether he is hustling on special teams, blocking a kick or hustle to block, the physicality and effort is never in question, so you know with Kinnebrew, that attribute will translate over to college, no question. The senior has good quickness, and a first stept to get around a lot of blockers. He gets low, dropping his shoulder pads, angling past blockers and creating a lot of pressure on the QB. The energy coming off the edge and speed in pursuit of the ball carrier shows why Kinnebrew is among the best pass-rushers in 5A. He plays with solid leverage, taking on blockers well beyond his size. Excellent speed coming off the edge. Cannot say that enough. Kinnebrew can play standing up, there is no doubt, he has the athleticism and speed to make it happen, which considering his frame, playing off-ball linebacker should be a nice fit. His versatility is untapped, but no matter what, you have an impactful blitzer who will haul it on special teams too. You can see why a spread of D1 programs have shown interest, including a local program like Kennesaw State.
