Frederica is a relatively new school, who plays in the GISA, but Williams and his teammates have talent. The young QB started his first varsity season as a freshman and has the physical tools to be a legit college recruit. He has a nice touch on the ball and once he adds some muscle he could be a dominant force at the GISA level.
