Big Franklin Smith has a big a frame, and moves exceptionally well when you consider he weighs 260 pounds already. He’s mostly all upside, but give his athletic upside alone we can easily see FBS schools showing a ton of interest. His ability as a run blocking tight end is very enticing. Smith is just tough all-around good football player and absolutely love his GPA and test scores. He could grow into an offensive lineman as well, or put him on the defensive side of the ball where he could really progress as a run stopper.
