What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

I am a very hard worker and will do anything to succeed. I have started all 3 years of my high school career and I enjoy pressure as I have made several big field goals in the playoffs to help my team. On field goals, I can hit anywhere from 50 and in consistently off the ground. On kickoffs, I usually hit anywhere from 65 to 67 yards (5 to 7 deep) with about 3.7 seconds of hang. I can also punt, but it is not one of my strengths right now. Yet, I have been working all offseason to improve all three aspects of my game.

Hodges has a big frame and gets his whole leg into each kick. He sends the ball sailing out to the endzone and sometimes even further. The 2018 recruit has a strong leg no doubt, and typically gets good height on his kicks but every now and then he pushes it out and doesn’t get underneath the ball enough. Still, a good looking K prospect and someone to invite to your camp this summer given his size and career film.

Great kicker. Hardest working kid I’ve ever coached. Super coachable and reliable. Great attitude and never complains. Broke numerous school records and started 4 years at place kicker.
