What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
My size, strength, work ethic, coachability, and technique help me stand out. As a rising sophomore, I am one of the strongest players on my team physically. I am also a scholar athlete, maintaining all As. The final grade of each class in my freshman year is a score of 100 or above, and my one attempt at the PSAT yielded a 1215 out of 1440 possible points. I apply the same work ethic in the classroom and on the field. I am a two-sport athlete, but my main focus is football.
When Scott first filled out the form in the summer of 2022, he was about 250 lbs., and now going into the spring of his junior year, he is just a few lbs. short of 300. The 2025 offensive tackle has made huge strides with his aggressiveness at the point of attack. He shows great body control while blocking. With big wide shoulders, Scott can be hard just to get around, and couple that with his impressive agility and you can see why he is a coveted FBS offensive tackle. Scott has a handful of offers at the moment but has the right size/athleticism combo that he should have the attention of P4 programs. We are extremely impressed with how much better he is finishing his blocks. There has been a huge jump from his sophomore to junior year in his motor and general urgency when getting up the field. That’s resulting in some big blocks down the field. Scott’s length plays a big role in his ability to get inside the pads of the defender. He looks like a RT prospect at the next level. Scott needs to continue to improve his fundamentals, especially his footwork in pass protection, but there is just too much upside for major programs to not eventually offer. We are really big on Evan Scott, and he seems like a prospect to watch closely over the next few months.
