Roberts has taken over the starting QB job at Roswell and they have not missed a beat. Roberts is a very good pocket passer. He makes quick decisions, set his feet fast and delivers an accurate pass. Roberts throws a very catchable football with proper trajectory. He runs a lot of read option plays – very quick with his fakes, might want to sell the mesh more. Roberts can make quicker accurate passes out his fakes. He gets the football out very quickly and shows very good arm strength putting the football on a line. Roberts is a solid runner, it’s not going to be a strength ever, but you needs to respect him pulling the football. He’s come up clutch with a few big wins. Very comfortable at doing RPO’s. I’ve seen him play some very good games, but at the same time on film seen him throw interceptions that are borderline insane where he throws across his body fading away out of bounds. He has 2200 yards and 24 touchdowns
