The Woodward defense is one of the best in the state and is loaded with FBS talent across the board. Truesdell is absolutely great in pass coverage. He has very quick hips and does awesome job of playing with his eyes. Pretty light for the linebacker spot, would be a better fit playing in a 3-5-3 defense right now. Sideline to sideline speed and the junior does a very good job of gauging his tackle attempts too. He should test out very well at camps with his speed, but also his reactions and awareness on the field that allows him to always get a good jump on the play. He plays fast and physical. I think the 2021 recruit will end up playing close to 220 lbs. at the next level, so he is best suited to play in a nickle based defense for sure.
