What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
A very coachable kid and I work hard and give it my all very practice and a very great leader on and off the field and good in the classroom! Stats last season 40 tackles, 20 pass breakups, 5 interceptions, 5 touchdowns GITY defensive player of the year, All region, all county!
Summerour shows extremely quick hips playing the corner back spot and does a really nice job of anticipating the play. His 20 PBU’s was near the tops in the state of Georgia. He shows really long arms, the anticipation skills you look for in FBS cornerbacks too. The 2019 recruit is a quick accelerator, and does a nice job of tackling in 1 v 1 situations. He plays low to the ground, and overall his footwork and technique is well advanced for a high school player. Everything about the 2019 recruit leads us to believe he can play at a high level, and we think at summer camps he could really excel in 1 v 1’s. He’s gained about 10 pounds since last fall, but weight lifting improvements are an absolute must. The senior has gained 10 lbs in the offseason.
