What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
Passion, perspective, vision, knowledge and size. I was a QB until 9th grade when I made the change to OL due to my size. I now have a special appreciation for protecting my QB.
Marcoccio went under the radar even for All-Region selections, but the 2020 recruit was probably the best player on his offensive line. He’s a big athlete, with a background in baseball, and that multi-sport athleticism is on shows with how well in tune he is with his body. Marcoccio needs to work on quickness getting out his stance, but really like his body control when making a block. At 265 lbs, he should add another 40 lbs with not real problem. Extremely impressed with his length, how he is able to get leverage and move with the defender. Looks to be one of the better OT’s in the class of 2020 in GA.
