What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

I’ve been all region since I was a sophomore. As of right now (week 3) I have around 200 kick return yards. I’m an athlete (receiver, corner, running back, punt returner, kick returner)

Everyone says it, Hart has legit 4.3 speed. As per usual, that’s not really the case, but he does appear to blow by some pretty fast defenses, specifically SWD, which is no easy team to return a kick on. Hart had to be one of the leaders in the state in kick return yardage. Once he gets into the open field and can stride out he puts most defenders in the dust. Pretty good route runner too. Makes a few nice double moves to free himself up, uses his head well to sell the fake. He had a special SR year and option teams should really look at Hart as a slot back at the next level. It might not be 4.3 speed, but by time he goes through a college strength and conditioning program, that could really change.
