What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
First and foremost I am a straight A, honor roll student. I believe that grades and school come before football. When on the field, I use my lateral quickness and speed to my advantage. When at the point of attack, I transfer my explosiveness from the weight room onto the field. On the 4th game of the season I currently average about 12 tackles a game.
Sinegal is an excellent student athlete with a high caliber IQ out there on the field but also in the classroom. Once the 2020 recruit feels like he has a beat on the play, he then pounces on it. Looks good in pass coverage for that reason and a natural at reading the QB’s eyes – even highly rated 4 stars. He has pretty good athleticism. Natural forward lean to his running stride. Takes pretty good pursuit angles at linebacker and can definitely close. Tackling is pretty good too; he does a good job keeping his pads square the line of scrimmage and typically takes very good pursuit angles on plays out to the perimeter. The 2020 recruit is perfect for a nickle based defense where his speed and coverage instincts can be best utilized.
