Parker had around 155 tackles his junior year and was one of the state’s leaders in his class in tackles. He is a powerful individual hitter, showing the speed to explode through the gaps and fill the hole. He had 84 solo tackles this season, which also ranks him near the tops in Georgia. Parker gets a great jump on the play, that’s by far his best ability. I really like the depth he can play in pass coverage, and he has the speed to step up and still stop the run. Very impressive tackler, Parker consistently gates his man on the ground on first contact. His natural football instincts give Parker a major leg up, and that will carry him throughout his recruitment.
