Steele is most likely the top receiver returning to Class A. He’s got a special combination of power, hands, and breakaway speed to leave DB’s in the dust. He’s got a great frame, and once he gets in a college weight room he could really explode as an athlete. Steele is tough too, and shows a ton of promise as a blocker. He’s got a ton of upside at the next level, and starting to think he is more of an OLB type of recruit at the end of day now.
