Rogers made All-Region last year and surely will find his way on the team as a SR. He torments some of the better teams in Class 7-A – the powerful full back is quick getting up field and uses his hands excellently at the point of attack getting great leverage. Fantastic leg drive for Rogers. He runs plays with high execution whether he is getting a quick dive, catching a pass in the flat or doing a standard block. Rogers is an ideal team player, he keeps at it until the whistle is blown. shows a ton of urgency getting to this assignment. Very compact body, but does not show much in terms of being a runner. This year he was a little more involved with the offense getting a few nice carries, but honestly Rogers is out there to bring the pain, in form of blocking that is. He is drilling linebackers with D1 offers consistently on film. Shows good athletic burst with the ball in his hands, and really powerful at the point of attack when blocking. Rogers is a complete steal for teams still running a position for his skill set. Just a rock-solid player.
