What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

Catching ability/route running/YAC

Fleetwood had a big powerful frame that allowed him to go over the middle of the defense and make contested catches. He does a good job of timing his jumps and looks comfortable stretching out for a football with defenders all around. You have to like his physicality. After the catch, he is looking to drive his shoulder into a defender. He keeps driving his legs through multiple tacklers, showing a lot of determination on top of good lower-body strength. Fleetwood is a solid blocker getting good leverage utilizing his good length, and again, his powerful legs driving defenders out of the play. Becoming more consistent with his hand placement and pad level will improve his leverage while engaged even more, which should result in more pancakes. Fleetwood is a solid tight end showing good potential as a pass-catcher and run-blocker. There is good upside, especially as he continues to get stronger, Fleetwood can become a really good blocking tight end at the next level.
