Daniels’ film starts off slow, but the more I watched, the better he looked. He has decent pad level, and his compact frame allows him to break tackles. He fits more as a SS right now, and he didn’t have enough film at RB to warrant an offer yet. He has good acceleration and flows to the ball well, but doesn’t take consistent pursuit angles, and I see way too many arm tackles. Daniels does show a lot of hustle coming from the backside. He is an extremely strong player, and this offseason should only take his game to another level. He does a quality job of churning his feet through contact. I want to see how he develops on the offensive side of the ball, but he is a solid defensive recruit regardless.
