Uwaomah is an attacking coverage lineabcker/safety type athlete who can get out in space and run. The senior has added about 15 pounds of muscle this offseason and seen continual growth in his athletic ability. Really like him in coverage, and his nose for the football. Looking forward to seeing his offseason improvements yield in-season results. In just 3 games in his senior year, Uwaomah is quickly approaching his tackle totals and has already reached his tackles for loss. He’s playing with a ton of intensity, getting down hill on the run plays and performing solid tackles. Extremely impressed with his early pass breakup numbers, and think he could play nickle or OLB at the next level.
