Jones was part of a pretty good defensive backfield at Baldwin. Shows nice versatility playing CB and FS. He plays the game with a chip on his shoulder and even though he has a slight frame he brings the boom. He is a lot more physical than expected. Raw with his footwork, but definitely a good athlete to work with at the next level and nice size too. I think Jones is better off playing safety, it fits his body type much better. Good upside for Jones, made All-Region his senior year. Had a few interceptions on the year. Jones needs to sink his hips more before making a tackle. Getting better at zone coverage is a must, shows good acceleration to the football though.
