Goodwin is a fairly athletic two-way player for Flowery Branch who played both receiver and linebacker. Given his frame, there is no doubt that at the next level he can be well over 230 lbs. at the next level. Goodwin has the mindset of an offensive player, and seems to fit the role of tight end with an emphasis at receiving at the next level. Goodwin already runs pretty solid routes, he sells his fakes, and with more time, will be quicker getting out his breaks. Has good focus hauling the pass in catching away from his body, naturally turns away from the defender. Needs more time in weight room, but there is good athletic potential for Goodwin.
