What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I can lead and bring a team together even in bad situations. My work ethic will surpass everyone that I am in the weight room or on the field with. I’m also very coachable and adaptable to new positions and schemes.
Houser is pound-for-pound the strongest player we have see in the state of Georgia. The 2018 recruit shows quick hands, and rips right through the lineman. He stays in his rushing lane, being sure to keep the QB contained in the pocket, while also applying pressure. Houser uses his excellent speed to hunt down the ball carrier – his outstanding hustle from the backside is typically rewarded with a tackle. Really interesting that he has elite agility numbers, but appears to get almost 100% of his snaps with his hand in the ground. Going forward, the Starr’s Mill star athlete will have to switch over to linebacker at the next level, but with his work ethic, the transition should be seamless. 19.5 sacks on the year in 2017, ranks Houser 2nd in the state.
Fast, strong at the point of attack. Plays out of position as a DE in high school but 25 more pounds after a couple years in a college weight and training program and this is an all conference level player
