Christian took a jump on the defensive side of the football the last two years, and I like his ability to stop the run, and by looking at his frame I think he can add an additional 20-30 lbs at least. One thing I’ve always liked about Christian is his grades too. He’s always been a nice kid to talk with, very genuine, and I think he can play a 3-4 DE role at the next level. He needs work in the hips, and becoming more flexible but I like his ability to take on weight. He has fairly light feet for a guy his size who is still growing into his body. Couple that with his academics and work ethic and I think you have a high quality student athlete. Scored a 25 on the ACT back in the Summer of 2017. Senior year he had 49 tackles, 16 of which were for a loss and 6.5 sacks. Big wide frame on the 2019 recruit suggest he will play defensive tackle now at the next level. Gained nearly 50 lbs. since we made his profile a few years ago now.
