What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I have an eagerness to learn and get better at my craft. I am a team player, but I am also a leader both on and off the field. I believe in hard work and discipline to reach my goals. One of my most memorable accomplishments was when I was chosen as one of the recipients of one of the ALL DAWG TEAM awards at the UGA football camp.
Hill played stand up defensive end his entire junior year and SR year he was really all over the place on defense while getting some reps on offense too. He has a big frame and has added 20 pounds over the last year. Reactions are whole lot better this year, and Hill is showing good quickness to the play. He has elite strength for his age group, and some of hits he deliver SR year have been huge. Hill has worked on his lateral movement a good bit, and that’s why he got so much more reps at MLB this year. Doing a much better job keeping his pads parallel to the LOS. Hill has a really big frame and is a smart player with the amount of role and assignments he played. Selected as a top 10 linebacker at the Lovejoy MVP Camp last offseason, and you can see that it’s all starting to click for Hill as a linebacker. He made a pretty big jump over the last year really, and I like his versatility a lot as a defender. Seems like a SAM at this point, and really like being able to blitz Hill off the edge with his raw power and the urgency he plays the game with.
