Tolliver is one of the more impressive fundamentally sound class of 2019 prospect we have seen. He has quick feet, keeps a flat back and uses his hands effectively. The more he improves physically, the more attention he will receive from FBS schools, because his skill set is a great base to work with. Tolliver transferred to Pace this fall and earned starting first team reps. He lost 20 lbs, and looks a lot quicker moving laterally. Tolliver is a well-schooled player. He does a nice job of moving around the a gap and picking up blitzers.
