What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I am very quick off the ball and I believe I work the edge really well. I have a non stop motor and I'm always eager to get better. I am also an all region and all county player.
Burton got All-Region and County honors last season, and if you watch his film you will quickly see why. He is very quick off the ball and nearly unblockbable unless the lineman has a distinct size advantage and even then it does little to stop him. The 2018 athlete is very aggressive, but probably does not have the build to play DE at the next level. Most likely he’ll have to land on a 3-4 team where he can play OLB, but still live on the edge. Burton plays with quick hands too, he gets leverage on his opponent and does a great job of setting the edge. His play style seems like the perfect player you want in any locker room and shows potential as a playmaker on special teams as well. Alexander All-Time leading sacker.
